Clean up any excess water and dehumidify: Water, humidity and darkness are the required elements for mold to grow. Create an air flow: Another way that you can remove unwanted mold is to create a consistent airflow. Meaning you redirect the moist humid air that is in the area outside. To this you would want to use an exhaust fan that will create an outward airflow, making sure that you are not allowing this air to circulate back into your house.
